These fine insulated tools feature durable, flame-retardant two-color insulation. Individually tested at 10,000V for use up to 1000V. Manufactured and tested to ASTM-1505-94 and IEC900 standards. 346-006 and 346-005 are not 1000V rated due to the uninsulated working head. 346-023 has milled teeth and jaws to provide positive gripping on a wide variety of objects. 346-022 is perfect for looping, cutting and forming wire.
