Protektive Pak Conductive Shippers with Foam
- Provide both ESD and Physical Protection
Material Specifications: These containers are made of durable 200#B-Flute conductive cardboard with and impregnated liner on both sides allowing to complete "Faraday Cage" protection. A buried shielding layer of <104 ohms/sq minimuzes the potential for sloughing and rub-off contamination. A static dissipative surface of 107 - 1010 ohms/sq reduces the potential of sparking and tribo charging. Non-corrosive to copper, solder and silver with a bursting strength of 200 lbs. Come complete with anti-static urethane foam (1011 ohms/square). Convoluted foam is laminated to top and is removable on botton. Shipped assembled in case quantities (see chart for number of shippers per case). Made of 200#B-Flute conductive cardboard (see material specifications).
