Air Velocity Meter Models 8345 and 8346

The microprocessor-based VELOCICALCs have advanced features to make your measurements faster, easier, and more accurate. The variable time constant feature smoothens the display when measuring fluctuating flows. VELOCICALC's sampling function integrates the measurement over the time constant, displaying a time averaged value. These features eliminate bouncing displays and take the guesswork out of taking readings. When taking multiple samples, VELOCICALC can display average, maximum and minimum values, and the number of readings. Another feature is the ability to simply and quickly calculate volumetric flow rate when the user inputs the duct shape and size.

VELOCICALCs have a rugged, telescoping probe with etched length marks to make duct traverse measurements easier. For measurements in ceiling outlet flows or clean benches, the Model 8346-E-GB has the added feature of an articulating probe. A portable printer is available to provide hard copy documentation of your readings. Model 8925V Portable Printer comes complete with built-in rechargeable battery pack, 115 VAC adapter/ charger, cable, belt clip and 5 rolls of paper.
